Ceremony and Picnic
The ceremony will be held outdoors at the American Fork Amphitheater at 4:00 P.M. Please plan to arrive on time.
Following the ceremony, there will be a group picnic in the park. Tables and chairs will be provided. Guests are also welcome to use the amphitheater seating or to bring their own picnic blankets to lay out on the lawn. Please bring a picnic dinner for you and your family. If you are unable to provide your own dinner, please contact the Bride or Groom for assistance.
Semi-formal/Sunday attire; Also, keep in mind it is often chilly this time of year so plan accordingly. We will post weather forecast updates the week prior to the event.

Evening Gathering
The evening gathering will begin around 7 pm – following the picnic. Dessert bar will be provided. This will be a fantasy-themed masquerade party! Feel free to bring your own mask or to use one of the those provided at the check-in table.
Semi-formal/Sunday attire, however witch, wizard, or fairy/fantasy costumes are also welcome!

Other Details
In the event of stormy weather, the ceremony and/or reception will be moved to the Barn at Overland, and the wedding ceremony will begin earlier in the day to allow time for reception setup. We will provide a time/location update on the website and via email/text by noon on Sunday, October 12, 2025, if needed.
Even with a clear weather forecast, light rain or snow may occur. Umbrellas will not be provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own.
If any family or friends are available to help with setup/takedown for the ceremony and/or the Evening Gathering, we would sure love the assistance! Please contact the Bride or Groom for details.
