The Venue

The wedding ceremony and evening gathering will be held at the American Fork Amphitheater.

Weather

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, please plan accordingly.  In the event of stormy weather, we will be moving the ceremony and evening gathering to the Overland Barn.  We will update the website by noon the day before the event with any time/location changes.

Ceremony

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm.  Please plan to arrive on time to grab your preferred seat.  If anyone is available to help with setup/takedown, please contact Theron or Stacey.

Evening Gathering

The evening gathering will begin around 7 pm, after the picnic dinner.  There will be yummy snacks, desserts, dancing, space to mix and mingle, and a scavenger hunt…Looking forward to seeing you all! (No alcohol will be allowed in the venue.) 

There will be heat lamps in some areas of the park, but please plan to dress appropriate for the Fall weather.  

Picnic

Following the ceremony, we will be having a picnic dinner in the park.  Tables and chairs will be provided.  Guests are also welcome to use the amphitheater seating or to bring their own picnic blankets to lay out on the lawn.  Please plan to bring a picnic dinner for you and your family. 

Attire

Attire is Semi-formal/Sunday dress for both the ceremony and evening gathering.  Evening event will also be a masquerade party! Feel free to bring a mask if you have one, masks will also be available at the sign-in table.  (See more details on Event page).
